Barbara Maxcy

Barbara Maxcy has been a Sales Associate with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell in Coral Gables, Florida, since January 2002. She specializes in residential real estate sales and has done commercial transactions as opportunities have arisen. Barbara has sold properties throughout Miami-Dade & Broward counties and has experience with rental properties at all price points. Barbara has worked extensively with the University of Miami staff & student body, U.M. Jackson medical personnel as well as her own personnel referral customers.

Working with people is the most rewarding part of being a Realtor, especially on those days that we find “the perfect home” for customers. Here in South Florida, the diverse mix of people moving into and out of the area make our work environment extremely interesting. Honesty, integrity, a good work ethic and a sense of humor are qualities that I consider essential for any successful Realtor. My diverse professional background and extensive travel experiences help me work with people from varying ethnic and religious backgrounds and geographic areas.

She is a member and past President of the Gables Executives Chapter of BNI (Business Network International) and a former ‘Big Sister’ with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Miami-Dade County.
