A third generation native of Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida, Leslie Jones began her successful career in real estate in the late 1970's.  Before working with Esslinger–Wooten–Maxwell, Inc. Realtors®, Leslie was a Vice President of Merrill Lynch Realty/Cousins and a Realtor® with Prudential Florida Realty (now Coldwell Banker).
  
Leslie is a member of the elite Chairman's Club, an organization whose membership is limited to the top 1 % of Realtors® nationwide. She has also served on the Ethics Committee of the Miami-Dade Board of Realtors®.

Leslie specializes in luxury homes and condominiums in the most affluent areas of South Florida.  Leslie's listing and sales portfolio stretches from high-end waterfront homes and condominiums to private islands.

Leslie is actively involved in the Miami community.  A long time community volunteer, Leslie currently volunteers for Shake-A-Leg Miami, is a Member of the Alumnae Advisory Board of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, is a member and past Board Member of The Barnacle Society, is an active member and volunteer at the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center and a past member and Board Member of the Junior League of Miami, Florida and Birmingham, Michigan.  Leslie enjoys all that Miami has to offer and in her spare time can often be found boating on Biscayne Bay with her clients, friends and family.
