Vice President and Managing Broker of the Miami Beach Office, Norbert Machado, CRB joined EWM in 1998 when the company merged with Gerard International Realty. Norbert manages the day to day operations of the Miami Beach Branch. His supervision and support of the staff and sales force have led the way to the EWM Miami Beach office being a dominant player in the luxury residential and condo market in Miami Beach and the Dade County coastal areas.
Prior to joining EWM, Norbert’s real estate management experience includes long-standing positions with Gerard International Realty and Wimbish Realty where his functions included management, training and sales. He is known in the real estate industry for his attention to detail and fairness and for developing a commitment to ethics in the people he manages.
In 1991 Norbert received the valuable CRB designation from the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Norbert has also served as a Director in the Residential Society of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB)
Before entering the real estate business, Norbert was Vice President of Marketing Operations for Real Estate Data, Inc. He developed and evaluated product and market opportunities for the research and publishing firm.
Norbert’s considerable marketing and management background has earned him respect and success. He was born in Cuba, grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in Miami Beach.
