Scott Patterson became a member of the Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell, Inc. Realtor team in early 1997, as a Realtor-Associate in their Coral Gables office.  Since then, Scott has implemented and expanded EWM into new markets in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties including: Aventura, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles, Hollywood, Hallandale (Golden Isles), Las Olas, Rio Vista, Harbor Beach and Aventura.

 

Why Scott Patterson became a Realtor? Why in South Florida? He loves homes and connecting them with the right people.  The Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets are so diverse, ranging in energy from low to extremely jet setting, while keeping up with the new millennium.  He has been in the “selling” world in many different facets.  The ultimate goal for Scott was to start from the ground up— with land and properties.  The solution: Real Estate.
