It was during the luxury real estate construction boom in Aventura that Reiner began developing his penchant for creative off-site marketing, selling residences to buyers from Canada, New York and South America, quickly moving up the ranks in Turnberry. Throughout his years in development sales, he honed his international sales skills, expanding his clientele base and setting up broker networks throughout most of the world, while simultaneously immersing himself in each country’s cultures. In conjunction with offshore brokers, Reiner achieved sales of over 400 million dollars and established an international presence in Latin America and Europe. Reiner’s progress was recognized at the super luxurious condominium hotel project, Fontainebleau II, where he was personally responsible for the sale of 71 million dollars. Turning the challenges of marketing luxury real estate in to revenue-generating opportunities is why Reiner’s skills are in such high demand. His most recent venture as Senior Sales Manager at The Residences at Atlantis Condominium Hotel placed him at the helm of Turnberry’s first international residential project. While in this position, Reiner achieved a record breaking, highest price per square foot sales, averaging at $1,549 for this project. While in Turnberry’s condominium hotel division, Reiner demonstrated the ability to anticipate and resolve problems swiftly and independently. His strong interpersonal skills have demonstrated his ability to develop and maintain sound business relationships with clients while anticipating their needs. Reiner is a highly articulate and effective communicator, an experienced presenter and a proven closer.
