Ellen Windheim
 
Ellen has spent most of her professional life in the real estate industry. With a BA in Psychology, an MA in Architecture & Urban Planning, and an MBA from Columbia University, she first became a construction lender for a major commercial bank, and then went on to develop and manage commercial properties.
 
Ellen joined EWM Real Estate when it first opened its office in Aventura, situated at the gateway to Williams Island and Turnberry, and strategically located to service real estate clients in Hollywood, Hallandale, Sunny Isles, Aventura and Bal Harbour.  With her extensive experience in both commercial and residential property, she provides services to her clients in both domains and in several languages: English, French and German. Licensed as a TRC (Transnational Referral Certified), Ellen was recently nominated to receive the Glass Ceiling Award by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for 2008.
 
Leonard Zackon
 
Leonard brings 30 years of business education and experience to his work as a Realtor. With a BA in Commerce from McGill University and a Masters in Business Administration, Leonard became the VP of a  national company, dealing with employees, buyers and suppliers throughout North America. Honing his marketing and entrepreneurial skills, he formed his own company ultimately employing over 150 people.
 
Throughout his business career, Leonard has focused on developing professional relationships as the key to his success. Together with Ellen, his wife and business partner, he formed the Summit Realty Team based on the notion that understanding, commitment and integrity must be the foundation of the team.
