Sandra O Silva

Sandra O. Silva has just joined the EWM team located at the Town Center in Weston.

She has lived in Weston since its beginning, moving from New York in 1989, and has witnessed the growth of this wonderful city step by step. Originally from Brazil, she is known as one of the first Brazilians in Weston, and started working as a Realtor® during the peak of Weston’s growth at Weston Realty. She has grown with the City, and began working when her clients could still choose lots and model homes from Arvida’s model center. She remained at her office as it went from Weston Realty to Arvida, and eventually Coldwell Banker. Now, as a part of the EWM team, she continues to strive for quality, and feels this office will fit her and her client’s needs best!

Her years of experience ensures that Sandra does not limit herself to only facilitating the buying and selling of real estate, but also helping with the transition into a new home. As a former decorator, she has an eye for upgrades, and has a lot of fun helping her clients in this aspect of deciding on a home. As many of her clients come from different cities, states, and even countries, she is proud to help them become acquainted with the area. Dubbed as the “yellow pages” she is more than willing to share her extensive knowledge of local businesses, physicians, dentists, schools, and even restaurants. As a matter of fact, she recently acquired a partnership in a local and very unique restaurant in Weston called “Deco Gourmet” at the Ameri Suites Plaza, where she proudly brings her clients to try the delicious gourmet food.

Even though she is from another country, Sandra says Weston is her hometown!  Her kids, Daniella, 21, and Alex, 17, have grown up their whole lives here, and are part of Weston’s history. Her daughter was even in the first class to study at Indian Trace Elementary all 6 years.

Her knowledge about Weston is part of her success as a Realtor®, and helped her become a Top Producer for years. She is a caring person, who, while working for her clients, becomes part of the families’ lives. People respond to her straightforward and honest approach. “First, I want to make sure to qualify my clients for the house they choose, so I focus on houses they can really buy in their price range. Then, I like to show them everything available because each person is unique; we have our own desires, our own needs, so they have to see the property with their “own” eyes! They just have to keep up with me and my energy because I won’t rest until I find the house they all agree on!”

She knows finding the right house is only half the battle, and guides her clients through every step involved in the purchase or sale of their homes. Knowing it is potentially one of the largest investments of their lives, she carefully and methodically does her follow up with mortgage brokers, title companies, inspectors, and lawyers.
