Caroline Carrara, Sales Manager of EWM’s Las Olas branch in Fort Lauderdale, has enjoyed more than four successful years of real estate management. Caroline’s latest promotion has her heading up an office of approximately 40 agents selling residential and commercial real estate in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Caroline was previously Assistant Sales Manager in the Miami Beach office, working with Norby Machado. She joined the EWM team in June 2006 with two years of experience in a supervisory role, managing, tracking and real estate agents. Prior to her real estate career, Caroline managed boutique hotels in Miami Beach for more than 10 years.
 
Caroline grew up in London and moved to the United States after completing her secondary education. She had the opportunity to work in New York City, Miami and Nicaragua, all during times of tremendous growth and change. As a resident of South Florida since 1994, Caroline has had the opportunity to watch its real estate market and skyline evolve and develop into what it is today.
 
While in the hotel industry, Caroline was heavily involved in the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Entertainment and Hospitality Committees and the South Beach Hotel and Restaurant Association. She continues her community affiliations today by attending Chamber events and Project launches. She is also a member of Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAGFL).
 

Caroline joined EWM, in large part, due to its tremendous reputation in the industry. She looks forward to her future with the company, its staff and agents.
