Born in Colombia and raised in Miami from the age of 1, Paula is bilingual and very sensitive to the needs of her diverse clientele. At only 25 years old, she has been involved in our dynamic real estate market for over 6 years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Miami-Dade County Realtor Association. She has also taken multiple courses from The Attorney's Title Insurance Fund (The Fund) and is a Notary Public for the state of Florida. As a member of the Congdon Connection, Paula has been expertly trained to handle shifts in the market as well as fact driven negotiation.
