Linda Scarcell Degrave is a native to Miami and born in Coral Gables.

As a licensed Interior Designer, she owned and operated the interior design firm Bella by Design before starting her successful real estate career in Luxury and Waterfront residential properties and commercial buildings.  As a full time Realtor with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell, Inc., she was awarded 2010 PRESIDENT'S CLUB as a top producer in the company and top 2% Nationally in sales volume;  she has the 2008 EWM award for the highest number of outgoing Referrals Company wide in both Dade and Broward County.  She earned the distinguished G.R.I. designation in real estate; she was acknowledged as the TOP COMMERCIAL LISTER at EWM Coral Gables office in August 2006 and was acknowledged as the TOP PRODUCER of the Coral Gables office February 2009.

Linda is consistently involved in the community to better serve her clients.  The Mayor of Coral Gables has appointed Linda to the Advisory Board of disability affairs for  the city of Coral Gables as the only appointed member by the Mayor where she is currently the Chairwoman.  Her knowledge of Miami and the surrounding communities gives her the ability to know the market and to find the perfect home for people relocating from across town or across the world.
