Matt Bobby, P.A.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland Ohio, Matt graduated from Ohio Northern University and earned an MBA from Miami University of Ohio.  As a corporate sales executive, Matt worked in the information technology industry selling consulting and professional services to corporate clients.  The same consultative sales approach he used to provide solutions for his corporate clients has helped him greatly in residential real estate. In Matt's first 12 months as a Realtor, he became a multi-million dollar producer by selling properties that varied from small condos to multi-million dollar waterfront estates. Matt has since received the national designation of GRI as a Graduate from the Realtor Institute and earned his way into EWM's Chairman's Club as a top producer.  In 2008, Matt joined the Broward Master Broker's Forum.  All members of the Browrd Master Broker's Forum must be invited to join and have a sales history of at least $5,000,000 in sales per year, for five or more consecutive years.

The first step in working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate is similar to what he had experienced in the business environment: establishing a clear definition of requirements.  The main difference between providing business solutions and finding the best solution for a residential real estate client is what Matt refers to as the “human element.” Rarely considered in a business decision, the human element takes into account the lifestyle, personality and feelings of a residential real estate client.  Without both the business and human elements considered, Matt is convinced that the best solution could never be provided to a home buyer or seller.

While a client’s experience will vary greatly from Realtor to Realtor, Matt takes pride in his work and personally takes the time needed to present the best available solutions. Matt works with Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale and enjoys using a consultative sales approach to earn trust with his clients.
