            I am a native Floridian and lifetime resident of South Florida. I hold degrees in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and Accounting from Florida International University. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I enjoyed an extended career in commercial banking where I held the office of Vice President with a major regional bank. My professional responsibilities required a high level of trust and confidentiality in relationships with my customers with an emphasis on commercial lending and real estate loan transactions.

            This past experience gives me the ability to successfully and comfortably deal with the requirements of clients and the relationships between buyers and sellers, especially where higher valued premier properties are concerned.  It also provides an added dimension through my ability to understand the financial aspects of even the most complex of real estate transactions. Along with being a lifetime resident, these attributes give me a unique and multifaceted understanding of the South Florida community, personal local knowledge of its real estate values and trends, and the area’s cultural diversity.
