I have been working in real estate for almost twenty years. First in my native country Venezuela, in a family owned real estate company in Caracas and Margarita Island, with more than 500 properties sold over twenty years. When I got my Florida Real Estate License in 1998, I choose to work with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell because they are the strongest and most successful Real Estate company in South Florida. I have been with EWM since then, and today more than ever I know I made the right decision.

At the end of 2002  EWM gave me the opportunity, and responsability to work in different projects with very well known Developers. One of them, DOWNTOWN DADELAND, a development by Gulfside, seven buildings, 7 stories each with a total of 416 units in the urban Dadeland area, acroos from Dadeland Mall. It was a great experience to writte some many contracts in a short period of time. This wonderful experience allowed me to meet many amazing people from all over the world.

Another great experience was Palms of Pinecrest, a condo conversion in the Pinecrest area. There were a total of 60 units, and again we sold them in record time.   We had a great year working with Bivium the Developer.

In 2004 I was picked by a small commercial developer, LaFatta Group to sell their commercial building with 10 offices and 7 offices/warehouses in the Tamiami area, witch I sold in record time.

In May 2006, EWM again, along with Dayco, the developer choose me as one of the Sales Agent for Town Center One, the first and exciting new  Class "A" office  condominium in the urban area of Dadeland witch is rapidly becoming one of the most desirable residential and commercial destinations in all of South Florida. This 210,000 square foot, 24-story glass wall building, featuring and elegant 6,000 square foot lobby, 24-hour attended front desk, covered parking, and state of the art facilities.

There is a long way to go, probably 50+ years more. I love my job.  It is, and always will be a pleasure to work with and help my clients make the deal go through.
